• Conduct thorough supplier evaluations and negotiations to ensure optimal value and performance.
• Manage and optimize procurement processes using SAP and Procurement Master.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a focus on high-tech manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Proven expertise in using SAP and Procurement Master.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
