📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate legal matters.
• Provide support to the legal team in handling corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance your legal knowledge and professional network.
• Assist in preparing legal briefs and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the legal team in managing corporate compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Participate in legal due diligence processes for corporate projects.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the corporate legal database.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant internship or work experience in a legal environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using legal research databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
