📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the branch budget and financial performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful branch management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
