📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
  • Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
