📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for training activities.
