📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.,Track and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
