📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in various departments.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control and compliance matters.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in response to audit findings.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
