In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production systems and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery to prevent downtime.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.,Implement and monitor production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production systems, processes, and best practices.,Proficient in using production software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
