Sentral Fitri Bakery is looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for managing our bar operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and leading a team of bartenders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations.,Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers.,Maintain a well-stocked bar with high-quality ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and develop new bartenders to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor bar inventory and place orders as needed.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of bartenders.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handling certificate and bar service certification.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
