📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food handling and preparation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies, and experience in driving sales growth.
