📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Coordinate activities between different departments to ensure that our goals are met.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operational management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
