📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure that all pastries are of high quality, fresh, and meet health and safety standards.,Maintain and clean pastry equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination and illness.,Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that pastries are prepared and served on time.,Keep up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques to ensure that our menu is fresh and exciting.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastry dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.,Experience with a variety of pastry equipment and techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends and techniques.
