PT Surya Cakrawala is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Sunter. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and evaluations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
