📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe locations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or high-volume operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
