Tech Up Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team in Blora. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies.,Prepare and maintain accurate food cost records.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to manage and lead a team of kitchen staff.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
