📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the claims process from inception to closure, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Conduct regular reviews of outstanding losses to identify and implement recovery strategies.,Prepare and analyze financial reports related to claims and outstanding losses, providing insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and support to the claims team to optimize recovery processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the financial planning of the department.,Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, including internal controls and auditing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and insurance accounting standards.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with insurance claims processes and outstanding losses management is a plus.
