In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and training.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
