📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible products and services.,Implement and monitor marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Experience in implementing and monitoring marketing and promotional activities.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
