📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute construction contracts from initiation to completion.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor project progress and budget, providing regular reports to stakeholders.,Coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues or delays.,Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
