📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the menu.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the development of new menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to lead and train junior staff.
