📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
• Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
