You'll also play a key role in designing and administering assessment tools, such as psychometric tests and competency-based evaluations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Design and administer psychometric tests and competency-based evaluations
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and assessment
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Enrolled in a Psychology program or have recently graduated with a degree in Psychology
• Strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and cognitive processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and assessment tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passionate about human resources and eager to learn and grow in the field
