📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business-critical applications in secure environments.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance support capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Experience with security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, or firewalls.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
