📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage care innovation initiatives, focusing on the integration of technology with healthcare services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, technology developers, and stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of care models that leverage technology to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovative care initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in healthcare, and propose innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging collaboration and creativity among team members.
• Ensure that all innovative care initiatives comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including technology vendors and healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, innovation management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing care innovation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using healthcare technology platforms and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in healthcare innovation or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
