📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposal development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or pre-sales roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.
