As a Digital Printing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire digital printing process, from pre-press to post-press. • Oversee the entire digital printing process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Lead a team of digital printing technicians and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and optimize digital printing workflows, utilizing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized digital printing solutions.
• Monitor and maintain digital printing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all printed materials meet the highest standards of quality.
• Manage and optimize the use of digital printing consumables, such as inks, papers, and plates, to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital printing management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in digital printing equipment, including but not limited to, digital presses, inkjet printers, and large-format printers.
• Strong understanding of digital printing workflows, including pre-press, press, and post-press.
• Certification in digital printing technology, such as the Printing Industries of America (PIA) certification, is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
